Licensed & insured. Steve Goolsby was 15 years old when he started in construction as a member of a framing crew. He went on to become a builder for many years in both residential and commercial construction. After seeing a need for home inspectors with hands-on building experience, he began inspecting houses in 1996. He was also a Clark Howard Show featured inspector. His son & co-owner, Jonathan Goolsby, started inspecting homes with his father at age 11 & now has over 20 years experience inspecting homes.
